How does Vasiva handle privacy?

Vasiva Relay is a WhatsApp enquiry workflow product that acknowledges incoming enquiries, applies configured contact tags, notifies internal teams and records activity.

Vasiva Relay is the same product referred to on the Vasiva parent brand site as Vasiva First Reply / First Reply.

Workflow: Acknowledge → Tag → Notify → Track

Data locations

• WhatsApp / Meta — message delivery and WhatsApp Web session
• Browser extension — chrome.storage.local configuration and caches
• Vasiva Relay backend — workspace-scoped operational records
• Platform SMTP — configured internal notification emails

Deletion limits

Sign-out clears local auth state. Closing Chrome does not delete server-side workspace data. Contact [email protected] for export or deletion requests.
